0. HMIS Fundamentals & Basic Navigation
This course is for all end-users. Here we review definitions, policy, required forms and basic navigation within UHMIS.
1. Standard End-User
This course is for most end-users. This practical application training teaches end-users how to create a client profile, enroll clients into a project, how to update an assessment, how add services and how to exit a client.
2. Night-By-Night Emergency Shelter End-User
This course is for end-users working in a Night-By-Night Emergency Shelter project. In this practical application training end-users learn how to enroll a client into an emergency shelter project, how to create a bed reservation, how to check-in a client, how to delete a reservation and how to exit a client.
3. Coordinated Entry End-User
This course is for end-users working within their local Coordinated-Entry system. In this practical application training end-users learn how to enroll clients into a coordinated entry assessment, how to add a CE event and how to exit a client.
4. DVSP Coordinated Entry
This course is for Domestic Violence Service Provider end-users. In this practical application training end-users learn how to enroll their clients for Coordinated Entry services while maintaining their protective status.
5. Security Officer End-Users
This course is for Contributing HMIS Organization’s Security Officers. In this training we review the Security Officer menu
6. Code Blue
This course is for end-users working in a designated Code Blue facility for winter. In practical application training end users learn how to enroll clients into an entry assessment and exit clients.
