A new guidebook is available to assist you in your APR reporting requirements.
This APR (named CSV – APR 2018 in HMIS) pulls very differently than the APR for CoC Grant-Funded Programs report that is no longer supported in HMIS, so please make sure you review the new guidebook. Also, please begin the process as soon as possible after the end of your operating year to allow for any technical support that may be needed.
The Sage CoC APR Guidebook is intended to assist you with the data entry into Sage for all Continuum of Care (CoC) recipients, including recipients of funds under the CoC Program, Supportive Housing Program (SHP), Shelter Plus Care (S+C), and Section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation Single Room Occupancy (SRO).
As a reminder it is the policy of the SLC Continuum of Care that HMIS staff should review your APR 60 days prior to HUD submission deadlines and CoC staff will review 30 days prior to HUD submission. Adherence to these deadlines will be a factor in renewal application scoring.
