New APR and Data Quality Reports

ClientTrack has made numerous updates to the reports available in the system in order to meet the current Federal reporting requirements. As a result the following reports are no longer supported by ClientTrack and will not generate accurate data:

  • HMIS Universal Data Quality Report
  • HMIS Universal Data Integrity Report
  • APR for CoC Grant-Funded Programs

You can find instructions on how to run the new HUD APR report in HMIS named CSV – APR 2017 here.

Please restrict photos uploaded to system to a file size of 50 kB.
