The UHMIS Lead Agency is proud to partner with homeless service providers all over the state of Utah. If you represent a homeless service provider and would like to partner with us, please email us at HMIS@utah.gov and complete this form.
Access Types:
- Standard: This is an organization that has its own program and enters identified client data into UHMIS. Most organizations are “standard.”
- Coordinated Entry: This is an organization that does not have a program of its own, but enters identified data into the local Coordinated Entry enrollment.
- DVSP: This is an organization subject to VAWA/VOCA confidentiality restrictions. These organizations DO NOT enter identifiable data into UHMIS, but have some access to participate in their local Coordinated Entry.
- Read Only: These providers have minimal access to the system and can only look up a client record, see the client’s enrollments, and view the client’s services. They can only view one client record at a time and cannot generate reports or export large amounts of data.
