UHMIS: Find Client New End-User Training

This training is designed for new users who will only have ‘view’ access to UHMIS. A small number of agencies have been approved to use UHMIS in ‘view-only’ mode. This training allows those users to access the system.

UHMIS: Find Client New End-User Training.

Things to know about this training:

  1. This training should be completed instead of the UHMIS: New End-User training for those requiring view-only access to UHMIS. Most users must complete the ‘UHMIS: New End-User training’.
  2. Users will only be allowed to complete this training if their agency was approved for ‘view-only’ access, or if the UHMIS Lead Agency makes specific accommodations for a particular user.
    1. The list of view-only agencies is within the training quiz.
  3. Users will be asked to do the following to pass this training:
    1. Watch the video
    2. Pass the test
    3. Complete the end-user agreement, and submit it to HMIS@utah.gov.
  4. Users should email HMIS@utah.gov when all requirements have been met.
  5. Find Client users will be required to complete annual recertification training with all other users.
  6. Training slides are located here.
