Domestic Violence Service Provider Coordinted Entry

Anyone who requires access to the Utah Homeless Management Information System (UHMIS) as part of their job duties and is currently working with a UHMIS-participating organization may complete this training.

2: Complete the homework assignment:

  1. Homework:
    1. Create 2 fake clients using the naming conventions:
      1. First Name: YY-00xx
      2. Last Name: Agency Abbreviation.
    2. Enroll each client in the correct DVSP enrollment.
      1. Example Enrollment: Weber-Morgan – Coordinated Entry (DVSP)
    3. Complete a blank VI-SPDAT from the Coordinated Entry (CE) By Name List (BNL)
    4. Create a full SPDAT for each client you created from the Coordinated Entry (CE) By Name List (BNL)
    5. Exit the Coordinated Entry enrollment.
